             Write a short autobiographical essay about your religious and spiritual beliefs.  The contents of your essay are up to you, but if you are not sure what to write, you might include any of the following:  your family’s religious background(s), your religious affiliation, your attitudes toward religion in general or particular kinds of religion, whether you consider yourself religious or spiritual and why, personal experiences of the supernatural, conversions, or any other experiences with religion or spirituality that have had a lasting impact on you, positively or negatively. 

Your essay should be typed, single-spaced, and no more than a page.
