Interested in Minoring in Anthropology at CSUF?

We welcome minors! To receive a minor in Anthropology at CSUF, students complete 21 units in Anthropology that consist of 12 units of core courses plus any nine units of upper-division courses.

(A) Core Courses (12 units)

ANTH 101 Introduction to Biological Anthropology (3)
ANTH 102 Introduction to Cultural Anthropology (3)
ANTH103 Introduction to Archaeology (3)
ANTH 480 History of Anthropology (3)

(B) Upper-Division Requirements (9 units)

Any 9 units of 300- or 400- level courses in Anthropology
